High Farm is now accepting 72 cryptocurrencies on our website. We started with Bitcoin in early 2017, added Litecoin support at the beginning of 2018. Via Shapeshift, we just added another 70 digital assets to the list of payment methods we accept. One of High Farm’s core values is promoting a healthy global community, and we believe that blockchain technology/decentralized payments will empower ordinary individuals and revolutionize the global economy in furtherance of our company vision. Thus, as an incentive, and in an effort to promote cryptocurrency/blockchain tech adoption, we offer customers 20%-off for all cryptocurrency purchases.

Supported Coins:

Bitcoin (BTC) Litecoin (LTC) Ether (ETH) OmiseGo (OMG) Monero (XMR) Zcash (ZEC) Dash (DASH) Quantum (QTUM) EOS (EOS) NEO (NEO) Siacoin (SIA) Dogecoin (DOGE) And 60 others (as of this writing)

Limitations on Territory:

Shapeshift does not offer support to people living in the states of New York or Washington, by way of blocking IP addresses. Due to the nature of Shapeshift (no account is needed, nor is personal information required to trade), it cannot comply with the cryptocurrency regulations in those states that require KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols. And to be clear, using the Shapeshift feature in no way negatively affects our customers’ security. Customers living in Washington and New York can still remit payment on our site using Bitcoin and Litecoin. They just can’t use the Shapeshift feature.

Also, visit our Cryptocurrency FAQ if you have any questions about paying on our website with Bitcoin or “altcoins.” Looking Forward: We sincerely believe that blockchain technology is going to ultimately change the way our world operates, how our economies function, how data is stored and transferred, how our identities are protected, how contracts are executed and disputed, how governments and corporations can be held accountable, how the internet functions, and so on. As Martin J. Schroeter from IBM recently summed it up: “It’s really a fundamentally important technology that will change the way the world works.” At High Farm, we plan to continually showcase the potential of blockchain technologies. In the coming years we hope to be using blockchain tech for decentralized storage, accounting, quality control, supply management, corporate governance and contracts, payment processing (cryptocurrencies and payment rails), and more. Many of the employees at High Farm are crypto enthusiasts, and we’re sincerely excited to incorporate new use cases of blockchain tech as it fits into our business model.
